![]() I had these guys come out to do a report for my insurance company. We had water come into a fireplace vent from a freak storm. This is incredibly poor service and no way to treat customers! When I stated that no one has called me up to this point so how would I believe a supervisor would call me back? I was told that regardless if a supervisor called me back or not, it would not change anything and this time he was purposefully going to hang up on me and did hang up. They could only have a supervisor call me back. When I called back I asked for a supervisor, I was told that the person answering the phone didn't mean to hang up on me and I could not be transferred to a supervisor nor could I be placed on hold. I was told that a request could be put in for a supervisor to call me but it wouldn't change anything and then I was hung up on. Why would I be out of the service area when I literally got their phone number off the service truck when they were servicing my neighbor? I advised that I had taken a day off work to be home and someone could have told me before now that they could not service me. I advised that no one called and told me I was cancelled and that I had received their information from my neighbor who they serviced a couple of months ago. I was told that they would forward my request to the tech and have him call me back to advise of the **** I heard from no one so I called back again at 3:00 to be told that my appointment was cancelled because they don't service my area and someone should have told me that. When I hadn't heard from anyone by 2:15 I called to see what was my estimated time. If I could give them negative stars I would!!I made an appointment a week before my scheduled service which was ****.
